Born in 1948 in Bedford (Great Britain). In 1972-1977 he studied at the graphic department of the Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow. In 1977 he was granted a diploma at Professor Franciszek Bunsch' wood engraving workshop. Since 1979 he has been working at the Academy of Fine Arts, where he in 1996 was qualified for assistant professorship. Since 1997, as an independent didactic worker, he has been teaching composition at the graphic department. He deals with graphic and painting and has been awarded several prizes in painting and graphic competitions. He has held about 60 individual and group exhibitions. His works are represented in Polish as well in foreign collections.
